- How do I know what toner cartridge I have?
- To know what type of toner cartridge you have or the type your printer needs, you may check the manual that came with the printer and look for supplies. You may also check the existing cartridge you have. Somewhere in front or on the back should be a label or sticker with the model number. This model number is usually a combination of alphanumeric characters. For example, the HP LaserJet Enterprise M806dn printer uses the toner that has the model code of HP 25X/CF325X.
