How do I install Lexmark E234 toner cartridges?

  1. To open the front cover, press the button on the left side. Lower the printer’s front cover.
  2. Remove the used toner cartridge by grasping the handle.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Lexmark E234 cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. To properly disperse the toner, gently shake it from side to side.
  5. Align the white rollers on the toner cartridge with the white arrows on the tracks to install the new toner cartridge.
  6. Insert the new toner cartridge until it snaps lock into place.

    The photoconductor was great. I replaced my old one which was leaving marks on the right side of the paper. I wasn't sure if the photoconductor was the problem, but it was and now no lines on my paper after printing.
