HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw Toner Replacement Guide
- Open the printer's front cover.
- Grab the blue handle on the toner cartridge drawer, then carefully pull it out.
- Grasp the handle on the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced, and then pull the cartridge straight up to remove it.
- Get your new CompAndSave HP Color LaserJet Pro M477fdw toner cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of powder leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- To properly distribute the toner inside the cartridge, gently rock the toner cartridge five to six times.
- Insert the new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw toner cartridge into its respective slot in the drawer until it is firmly seated in place.
- Push the toner cartridge drawer and close the front cover.
HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw Toner Cartridges FAQs
What toner cartridges are compatible with HP M477fdw?
The HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477fdw printer uses the standard yield HP 410A and the high-yield HP 410X black, cyan, magenta, and yellow toner cartridges. CompAndSave offers replacement HP toner cartridges that can provide the same quality and number of prints as the original but at a much more affordable price.
Why is HP LaserJet toner so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of toner cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that there are generic cartridges that exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. That is to say, you can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. Aside from this, using generic toner cartridges will never void the printer's warranty. So you can shop and use our toner cartridges without any worry.
