Get your new CompAndSave HP T1100 ink cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
Insert the ink cartridges one by one into its designated color slot.
Push the cartridge in the slot until it locks into place.

I have bought quite a few of these from Comp and Save....sometimes they will not work...printer does not recognize them. Following the instructions helps on occasion. They are cheaper than HP, thta's for sure.
