Orders within 10 days of carrier delivery

For your peace of mind, we offer FREE returns within 10 days of delivery, as based on the carrier’s tracking. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, please contact us, and a representative will set up a return for a FULL refund.

  1. Contact us by phone, live chat, or email, and let a representative know that you want to return an order.
  2. Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
  3. Print your label out and use it to ship the order back.
  4. Once the order is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the same method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days from receipt of package.

Please note that orders must be returned to us within 30 days of setting up a return.

Orders within 365 days of order placement

Even if your order is past the 10-day free returns, we can still help, as long as it is within the first 365 days from order placement. Please see below for details.

If your cartridges are defective

If your cartridges are defective, we can set up a return or replacement. Please contact us, and a representative can set it up for you. Please have details ready, such as printer model, cartridge number, and Order ID.

If your cartridges are not defective

If your cartridges are not defective, but you need to return them, we can accept them back if they are unopened and in sellable condition. We offer two options for non-defective returns:

  • Store Credit - NO restocking fee
  • Refund - With a 15% Restocking fee

Please note that for non-defective returns, the shipping cost of the order is non-refundable, and you would be responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with it.

If you have received an incorrect item or ordered a wrong item, please follow the same steps below for an exchange.

Step1 : Get Your RMA Number

Please contact us at 1.877.465.6888 for an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number before the items are returned/exchanged, we may not accept or process the returned shipment if the RMA is not issued for the return items and a 15% restocking fee will be accessed. In order to for us to issue a refund, replacement or store credit you must be able to return the defective or mis-ordered item(s).

Step 2 : Wait For Return Shipping Label

We will provide prepaid return shipping label on defective returns. And customer will be responsible on the return shipping cost of non-defective returns, e.g. incorrect items, change mind or any other return reason not related to the quality of our products. We will charge the return postage if customer uses our prepaid return label on non-defective returns.

Please fill out the form completely linked below and write your RMA number down on the outside of the return package. A short note indicating if you would like a refund or exchange will also make the process much quicker. All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 2-5 business days of the products arriving back to us.

Step 3 : Get Refunds/ Store Credits

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 2-5 business days of our receipt of their return. If you change mind or order the wrong items, there is a 15% restocking fee for refund on the returned items. And there is no restocking fee for issuing store credit. Please note that the returned items must be in sellable condition unless the items are defective.

Shipping Charges Are Nonrefundable

Except in the event of a packing error. Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $4.95 for shipping if the entire order is returned for credit.

15% Restocking Fee

If you change mind or order the wrong items, there is a 15% restocking fee for refund on the returned items. And there is no restocking fee for issuing store credit.

1-Year Money Back Guarantee

We only accept products back for an exchange or refund 1 year after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition unless the items are defective.

Exchange item(s) for a different type

Unfortunately, we can only replace item(s) with the same item(s). We are unable to offer exchanges. However, you would be able to send them back for a store credit or a refund, so you can order the items you need.

Return Policy for OEM Cartridges

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturers. We are unable to accept returns of OEM Cartridges. Please contact the respective Manufacturer.
