I needed a replacement cartridge not a refund.Review for Replacement Lexmark 14 and 15 Ink Cartridges 2-Pack - 1 Lexmark 14 Black, 1 Lexmark 15 ColorMy Black Cartridge was less than half full. I called to report the defect, and was told I could get a refund if I return the black ink cartridge. I needed to print documents that same day. I decided to keep the cartridge so I could print the documents. The cartridge was empty in one day. So I decided to use another company to get 4 more cartridges.Was this review helpful?
