It was okay . Took a long time to arrive.

I actually ordered a 4-pack (an extra 56 black to get the order over $50 to get free shipping). Order was OK and received timely, but I hope it works better than my last order. That order was placed & received in July, 2019--same 4-pack order. The blacks lasted from 10/18-7/19 (previous order), 7/19-10/19, 10/19-4/20, but the last black cartridge lasted only slightly over 4 weeks, from 4/16-5/21/20. And NO, I did not do any extra printing during that 4 weeks--if anything, less. This cartridge was obvioulsy faulty and had to be replaced prematurely. Hope these new ones last their normal lifespans.

Unfortunately, my HP printer refused to recognize these cartridges and they were returned as directed by you. However, I have not seen any refund documentation to date showing that a refund has been issued. I presume this might be due to the virus shutdowns. However, please look into this for me. This is the second time that I have ordered for my business at home. Your service is very quick and, thus, helpful if I've allowed my supply to run low. The only problem I've had is that one of the black cartridges just did not seems to work. I calibrated the printer and even tried to clean the cartridge but not to much avail. I will, however be ordering again today so that I have a supply on hand. This is a great service and the printing I do uses lots of ink so I plan on being a repeat customer!
