    I just installed the ink cartridge today. The installation is easy for a sight impaired person and it works just fine. Unfortunately I only use a cartridge about every other year.

    I've purchased this product approximately 12 times in the past years. 11/12 have been perfect. 1 has been non functional. The refund process for the defective one was a bit of a hassle and charging S&H for a returned defective product is asinine, but the product overall is great.

    So far so good. No complaints...cartridge has been working for about 3weeks. Printing at least 3 times per week, so not a lot, we just don't like replacing the cartridge often. It's one of those things you don't need it until you need it.
