    I haven't had time to write you yet so I appreciate your follow up email. One of your cartridges will not work in my printer, the other one works fine. I had ordered a combo set and a separate color and it is one of the color cartridges that my printer won't accept. Would it be possible to get a replacement for that one? If so, I would like to receive 2 more color cartridges and pay for the one. Thanks,

    Good quality, everything sealed as new, the only damage was that 1 of each cartridge (2 total), the boxes were crushed and 1 was partially open but cartridges were still sealed and undamaged

    It was easy to order the refills online and they came by mail in just a few days despite the virus closings. They were easy to install and are working perfect. I’ll sure use this way to replace my Lexmark cartridges in the future.
