Replacement package should come with the 5 cartridges because all slots need to filled.Review for Replacement HP 564XL Combo Pack Of 4 Ink Cartridges - High Yield: 1 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta and 1 YellowI have to say the delivery was pretty fast only 4 days to receive. The yellow one didn't want to clink in it's slot at first but after playing with the plastic clip it finally clink in.Was this review helpful?
