    Prompt service, great price. However when I received the cartridges the black did not work. I thought it might be the printer but I purchased an HP black and it worked fine. Your cartridge showed full when I ran a test page but did not print. Color worked as expected so don't know why the black was defective. Despite this problem I plan on purchasing cartridges from you in the future because of the great service and price
