What I needed at a bargain price. Delivery was fast.

My HP564 ink cartridges were received quickly. But none had yellow tape covering the air hole as shown in the picture. The label covered the entire top including the air hole. In a Chat session, the customer service representative (CSR) did not read my concern but instead gave me a link to a video whose first instruction was to remove the yellow tape. That was the reason I wanted help so the CSR didn't bother to read my Chat session message. I was upset about this and went into another chat session complaining about the previous CSR's help. The new support person connected with the warehouse and confirmed that none of the new shipments had yellow tape. The CSR thought the inks must have been checked out and probably didn't need the air hole. In the past, I found out that not having the air hole caused a vacuum and stopped the ink from flowing. So I intend to cut the label to expose the air hole before I install it.
