The ink worked just fine for my printer.

Ordered and received cartridges in about five days (fast return service). Installed the cartridges and my printer did not recognize the color cartridge so I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable pleasant sounding young woman named Genalyn Laniohan who offered to credit my account and not have to send the cartridge back. I understand that she could have insisted that I return it but took it upon herself to credit my account. I think she should be recognized for her knowledge on how to treat customers and thereby gain more customers and keep repeat business. I believe Genalyn Laniohan is a valued employee who understands the meaning of service to the customer. Employees like Gen are rare and should be rewarded. THANK YOU Genalyn Laniohan.
