Everything arrived promptly. The only problem is after I put in the cartridge, my printer started to make a loud chugging noise when I printed out anything. It never made that noise before and I checked the printer to be sure it was working alright and it was. You also didn't mention in your ad that the cartridges were refurbished cartridges. I was led to believe that they were new. I specifically looked for that info when I checked out your ad because I wouldn't have purchased them had I known that. They seem to print okay except for the noise. A little disappointed.

I always get at least one or more that does not print all colors. So far in the new batch, I've got one that prints purple. The second one seems to be fine at the moment.

The replacement cartridge slipped right into the printer and away we went. No smudging or problems of any kind. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I will definitely use this company again for future purchases.
