    My replacement inks work wonderful - it seems they last even longer than the HP ones. Very satisfied with the price and I find I don't hesitate to print anything I want due to the high price of ink. I returned 1 cartridge that was faulty. It was a very easy return - you sent me the label, I dropped it in the mail postage paid and received your refund promptly. Thank you.

    Installed black cartridge, worked great for a few copies and then quit. I reinstalled but didn't help,, now it has a rattle.
