    I never got a chance to use it. The black cartridge was too big for my copier even though I order the correct size. I called the company to explain why I needed to send it back. They were very understanding, even told me I did purchase the correct # for my copier. I did send it back and got a full refund. So I was very impress with CompAndSave, for being so helpful. I wish I could have used them, their prices were better then most companies, but it just didn't work for me. Maybe try again at another time. Thank you, be safe

    this product
    The color never looks quite right. I've run every cleaning and calibrating function my printer recommends when I install new ink but it's made no difference. It's as if I'm printing pastel colors or kinda looks like watercolor paints. I would have returned them but I was in desperate need for ink with my kids doing school from home due to COVID-19.
