Review for Replacement HP 15 Ink Cartridge - C6615DN - BlackI ordered 2 replacement cartridges. One did not work in my printer and had to be returned. The other cartridge worked. Joana was very helpful with the return process and very professional and prompt with replies. I did have to wait an inordinate amount of time for the refund credit to appear on my credit card (posted April 22) even after CompAndSave received the return cartridge at your facility on April 9th. I was informed normal credit refunds take 2 - 5 business days. I was surprised at the length of time for completion of that part of the process.Was this review helpful?
