    On some cartridges the plug end piece will detach from the cartridge causing it not to perform properly. Also, I have had some cartridges indicate that they are empty even though they are new. Also, is there a way to recapture and reuse ink is a cartridge when it stop working. I can hear ink in the cartridge, when I shake it, even though the printer indicate that it is empty.

    I installed YELLOW and my printer was ALIVE AGAIN. My former home burned, and salvaged items were stolen from the vacant property. Although I had adequate supply of ink prior to my order, I can't print what I cannot retrieve! I don't print everyday, yet, but but when I start, there will be no worries of running out of ink!!
