I have bought this ink before and have been VERY pleased with it's performance.

Consistently great. Fast shipping, packaged well.

The cartridges were delivered on time. I haven't used them yet.

Have only used two cartridges so far. Would like a little more documentations as to wht to do, did not know what tapes to pull off and which ones to leave on.

I was nervous to try this ink or this website. It seemed a little too good to be true, almost sorta fake (sorry no offense). I didn't want to get a computer virus as I usually try to stay with the mainstream stores for pretty much everything since rip offs are numerous in life, personally. I looked at the reviews (all of them) and I decided to try it once, after taking a few days to think about it....They delivered it quick, and it was cheap. Almost 1.5 years later and it's still good, I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10, I print at maybe a 6 or 7. It doesn't tell me how much is left so I'm taking a risk, but I'm never going to buy ink from another place again. Customer service is great, website was easy to navigate. Ink quality is awesome. No issues. Literally how have people not heard about this website. I hope you guys stay in business. I'll be your customer forever.
