    So much cheaper than the name brands and it works beautifully, so far. Plus the staff was so helpful when I called for technical support. They were also reassuring that if I didn’t like the product, I could return it for a full refund. I haven’t had to take them up on that offer, yet, fortunately.

    The ink cartridges arrived about 4 days before expected. They arrived undamaged and with a detailed, although generic, instruction sheet. Have not yet installed them to print a test sheet, so have no comment on ink quality.
