How do I install an Epson PM 260 ink cartridge?

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. Open the cartridge door at the back of your machine.
  4. Slide the cartridge lever to the release position on the left.
  5. Pulley out the used cartridge.
  6. Get your new CompAndSave Epson PictureMate PM 260 ink cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  7. Insert the new Epson PictureMate Dash PM 260 ink cartridge label side up into the slot until it snaps into place.
  8. Slide the cartridge lever to the lock position on the right.
  9. Close the cartridge door firmly.

    Fit and worked as described. Not sure how many pictures it will print. Cleaned print head (4) times and printed 2 pictures and it says low ink already. Still investigating could be the printer itself. Reading up on it.
