How to change Lexmark X2480 ink cartridges on printer?

  1. Plug the machine to the power source and turn it on.
  2. Raise the scanner unit. This will automatically move the ink cartridge carrier ready for cartridge installation.
  3. Gently push the lever down to raise the printer cartridge lid then you can unload the used cartridge.
  4. Get your new CompAndSave's Lexmark X2480 ink cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case it leaks as sometimes, factories tend to overfill ink cartridges.
  5. Remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
