Black cartridge not compatibleI don't recommend this productI'm sorry but my Brother J1010dw printer could not recognize the compatible LC401XL that Comp and Save sent me. I had to buy a genuine Brother LC401 (Regular, not XL). It cost more but at least it worked I have not yet tried the color cartridges that are supposed to be compatible.Was this review helpful?

This would be 5 stars ...I recommend this productThis would be 5 stars except they have a tab on the side of the cartridge that says pull. I did, it made a mess and was unnecessary. Now the cartridge won't work. Otherwise good shipping great price and most important, they work on my printer. I haven't updated the printer, ever though.Was this review helpful?
