How do you change the toner on a Brother MFC l9570cdw?
- Turn on your printer, then push the front cover release button to open the front cover.
- Using the green handle, remove the drum unit from the printer. Press on the used toner cartridge to unlock it and remove it from the drum unit.
- Get your new CompAndSave Brother MFC-L9570CDW toner. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Before you insert the toner cartridge, make sure it matches the color label on the drum unit.
- Press the new Brother MFC-L9570CDW toner into the drum unit until it snaps into place. Slide the green tab side to side repeatedly to clean the corona wire within the drum unit.
- Close the front cover.
