    One of the cartridges was faulty and stopped working after printing only a few sheets. The other one, so far, seems fine. I will continue to order from you guys, but this tells me that i must always buy in multiples. Had I not ordered two, I would have been so screwed. Also, the text field on this survey does not work in Gmail via the Chrome browser. I submitted only the stars and then this separated tab opened up, which told me the text field is required.

    Sorry to say only a 3 for this HP 364XL, seems as though I have to clean my printer heads after not printing for a day, something must be not correct with cartridge.
