    The black cartridge works fine, I ordered a set of color and black and the color cartridge doesn’t work at all. It registers as having a little bit of ink in it but only prints black and blank where the color is supposed to be. I called customer service once and they were helpful, I tried all their advice and still had no luck, and will be calling for a replacement. They seem happy and willing to provide one so I’m confident it will be taken care of.

    Excelente quality ink Great product highly recommended the only thing is the ink level shows empty maybe because it not proprietary Hp but its just as good works for me! awesome savings. You'll know when your out of ink. Great product!!!.

    The colt ink showed still empty when replaced but still works. There was a notice on cartridge it may do that. The black ink showed full. I would recommend the ink.
