    I have used this company's ink a couple of times and have always been satisfied. The great thing about CompAndSave is they will take returns and refund your money if it is the wrong ink.(Accidently ordered 60XL instead of 62XL!)

    So far the black ink cartridge did not work. The color cartridge worked and my printer will work with the remaining ink in the old black ink cartridge but the new cartridge does not work. My printer says the cartridge is empty. Have not tried the other two cartridges yet.

    Only one of the two cartridges was recognized by my printer. I was able to return the unrecognizable one and was refunded shortly after my return.
