    I would like to say that the order prior to this one I was able to use for months since I don't use my printer that often. Unfortunately, this time within a short amount of time after pay and not using my printer due to me being sick, I notice that the ink was not working on either one of the cartridges and I contacted Compandsave to resolve the issue. This is just one time this has happened so I'm sure it will be taken care of and I can go on ordering from the company.
