    this product
    First black ink cartridge worked for about 2 days and failed. reloaded fresh cartridge and it is working fine. I will clean plugged cartridge and try it when I need to reload. Disappointed !

    This was my second order of the combo pack. When I installed the color cartridge it only printed black for the alignment, not color. Tried removing & reinstalling but same thing. After 3rd attempt I called customer service who sent me a site to get a return label. Haven't tried the black cartridge yet.
