    One of the black had no ink, zero. I wrote you about this problem but did not get a reply. Do you expect me to re-order from you? When you send me a replacement then I might reconsider and order again.

    Delivery time is excellent and the cartridges last longer than the ones I bought from Walmart and other places. They send you emails to let you know what is going on every step of the way.
