    Initially, I had a problem installing the cartridge (didn't think it fit). I called to request a return and the guy I spoke with (Joe?) was very patient and helpful. It did fit, I had not removed the cover. When I went to print there is a problem with the printer/computer connection. I have not had the time to figure it out. Today is actually the day I was going to work on it.
