How to change Epson 7600 ink cartridges on printer?
- Make sure that the printer is turned on. Open the ink cartridge access door by pushing it.
- Lift the ink lever to unlock the ink cartridges. Then gently pull the cartridge that needs to be replaced out from the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave's Epson 7600 ink cartridge, shake it for about four to six times before opening from the package. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case it leaks as sometimes, factories tend to overfill ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the Epson 7600 ink cartridge to its respective slot and carefully align it to its slot.
- Put the ink lever back into place to lock the ink cartridges, then close the ink cartridge access door.
Most Common Epson 7600 Ink Cartridges Questions
- Do all Epson printers use the same ink cartridges?
- No, Epson printers don't use the same ink cartridges. Each Epson printer has its own specifications and requires a specific ink cartridge number. You cannot install a different ink cartridge because of the ink cartridge compartment size and copper contacts. Also, the chip on the ink cartridge is designed to allow the printer ink to only work with a specific printer. You might not be able to use a different ink cartridge number but you can use compatible and remanufactured ones. CompAndSave offers a wide variety of cheap ink cartridges covered with a 1-year warranty.
- Is it OK to use off-brand printer ink?
- The answer is yes, it is fine to use non-branded ink cartridges for your printer. CompAndSave's ink cartridges are designed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications so they will work the same way as the original ones at a much lesser price. On top of that, our products are also covered with a 1-year warranty.
