    I HAVE BEEN GETTING ink from here for 3-4 years and have only had 3 bad cartridges. and that has been in the past year. usually if it wrong cartridge I take it out and put it back in and its good again.

    The black cartridge does what it is supposed to do and is clear where as the color cartridge is smudged when prints.
