    First time to change the cartridge was yesterday. The final pages of print before the change were so blotchy they were unusable. Then noticed the level of ink was low. I had so much difficulty putting your cartridge in, I gave up. Later I thought maybe it would help to unplug the printer. (rebooting). After I plugged it back in, it worked just fine and the print is good. The empty cartridge is in the mail for return to you.

    When I purchased these I did not realize that they are refills. If I had I would not have bought them. Now that I have installed them the printer operates just as if it had HP cartridges. I am happy with them and they are much less expensive. My only recommendation is that the listing should be more clear, in that they are refills.
