Will order again in the future.I recommend this productThe ink cartridges are great! I did let them drain onto aluminum foil lined with paper towel for a good 30 minutes. Next time I will wear disposable gloves when doing this.Was this review helpful?

Thought communication was great... Turned out NOT.They nicely asked me to ensure my machine was the correct one for this ink. I wrote them back and phoned and left a message on their vm. Yes I was sure it was the correct selection. They contacted me AGAIN; I contacted them AGAIN. Them they refunded my money. Has to buy ink somewhere else.Was this review helpful?

I think it is this printer. HP has done everything it can to make sure you never use other ink cartridges. I will not be buying an HP again.I recommend this productI couldn't get my printer to accept the cartridges. I went to the trouble shooting page and followed the instructions. It still would not accept them. After working on it for 40 minutes I gave up. The last time I bought them from Comp and save they did work, so I'm not sure what the issue was. As stated aboveI recommend this productThe cartridges didn't work for my printer, but the people who work for CompAndSave where very helpful. I sent back all four cartridges, but 3 out of the 4 where not theirs. Hopefully I will get those back, so I can return the other3 correct ones for complete credit.
