How To Install HP Color LaserJet 4650dn Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the printer's top cover and carefully pull down the toner access cover and transfer unit.
  2. Carefully pull and remove the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave HP 4650dn toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Gently shake the toner cartridge and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Carefully align and insert the new HP LaserJet 4650dn toner cartridge to its respective slot until it is firmly seated in place.
  5. Close the printer's toner access cover, the transfer unit, and top cover.
