How to Install HP M880z Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the printer's front door.
  2. Grab the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced by its handle, then carefully pulls the cartridge out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave HP Color LaserJet Enterprise flow MFP M880z toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge to its respective slot until it is firmly seated in place.
  5. Close the printer's front cover.

HP M880z Toner Cartridges FAQs

Why is HP toner so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of toner cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that there are generic cartridges that exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. That means to say, you can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. Can I throw away empty toner cartridges?
About 1.3 billion cartridges are used every year. That is why it is highly preferred that toner and ink cartridges are recycled rather than letting them end up in landfills. You can bring your empty toner to local or big retailers or even at your local recycling facility. You can also check some websites online like earth911.com to look for recycling options for your cartridges.
