How do I change the ink in my HP DeskJet 2633?
- Make sure the printer is turned on. Open the ink cartridge access door by grasping the handle on each side and lifting it.
- The ink cartridge’s carriage will automatically move. Before you proceed, wait until the printer is idle and silent.
- Pull the ink cartridge out of its slot after lightly pressing down on it to release.
- Get your new CompAndSave HP DeskJet 2633 ink. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Install the new HP 2633 printer ink by holding the sides. Make sure the nozzles are facing the printer. Insert it to the machine facing slightly upward.
- Once the cartridges are installed, close the access door.
