How do I install HP Envy 5534 ink cartridge on my printer?
- Make sure the printer is turned on. Open the scanner lid, then the cartridge access door.
- To uninstall the old cartridges, lift the lid of the cartridge slot and push it back. Remove the cartridges by lifting them.
- Get your new CompAndSave HP 5534 ink. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Install the new HP Envy 5534 printer ink cartridge by holding the sides. Make sure the nozzles are facing the printer.
- Insert it to the machine facing slightly upward.
- Once the cartridges are installed, close the access door, then press OK.
