Helpful TroubleshootingI recommend this productAt first, three of four cartridges did not print. This turned out to be more a function of an older printer fresh out of storage (do to moving) than a failing of my purchased ink carts. Your very useful troubleshooting page information saved me the expense of a new printer purchase and allowed me to continue using my preferred printer. 10/10 would recommend and use again. Garbage. Bad service.I don't recommend this productTerrible product. Ink leaked all over my desk my printer and myself. I called and talked to someone named Jim, he was supposed to send me a shipping label in the mail because I couldn’t print one out because I didn’t have ink. Duh. I live in a very rural area with little services. That was a month ago, still no label. Very bad service very bad product. They take your money and send you garbage products, please send my shipping label. So I can send back to you your garbage product and refund my money. Thank you.Was this review helpful?
