    There was 1 black cartridge that did not work. Wen I contacted your company I was advised over and over again to do this or that. Since nothing worked I sent the cartridge back for a refund.

    All went very well from start to finish. Unfortunately my printer has stopped working. I was able to print in color with no problems. Now I'm stuck with extra ink refills, but I'll keep your web-page in my favorites for future Ink replacement orders. Thanks
