Lexmark Optra S 2450 Toner Cartridges FAQ

How do you know if your toner cartridge is empty?
Most of the time, a message on your printer's control panel will appear, letting you know that the toner cartridge is about to be empty or already empty. Another indication is when you are no longer getting a solid or good print quality, you will notice uneven or smears on the printout. When this happens, you may order your new toner cartridge at CompAndSave. Our toner cartridges are designed to match the print quality and the number of printouts of the original Lexmark toner cartridges but at a very affordable price.
What is the difference between original and compatible toner cartridges?
OEM or Original Equipment Manufactured cartridges are toner cartridges that are made by the same company that manufactured the printer. Compatible toners cartridges, on the other hand, are produced and filled by third-party companies. Parts used are brand new and are not recycled from OEM toner cartridges. The same procedure applies to compatible ink cartridges. Both provide the same quality of printouts, but the compatibles may surpass the OEM and are sold at a much lower price.
