Black ink is excellent but color ink didn’t worked at all. Very poor color printing quality specifically when trying to print on photo paper.

The pricing for CompAndSave's cartridges were undeniably the best from the multiple sites that I looked through before buying, and they offered a straightforward feature to find the exact cartridges that are supposed to be compatible with your printer, which made the process easy. The cartridges arrived and seemed in good condition, identifical to the ones I was exchanging out. The package included a step by step for how to reconfigure the printer to acknowledge the new cartridges, their service was thorough and helpful. My only complaint is that no matter what I've tried my printer refuses to acknowledg/use the black ink cartridge that I purchased through them--removing it, the printer is inoperable, although when loaded into the device all of my prints come out in purple. I don't really mind purple, but for official documents I do need the black ink to work properly. So for that I'm still trying to work with the customer support, although they have been responsive and helpful so far. Once that is resolved I'd be happy to recommend 5 stars.
