    prompt delivery BUT sent two color cartridges in a combo pac, then, guess what, one color does not work. can't run a business that way. 50/% dependibility doesn't work.

    Well now none of the black ink cartridge's work, I have contacted you a couple times and just get a run around, So my $53 purchase is worthless. I have ordered from you a couple times before and had no issues, won't be ordering again.
