How to Install Oki MB770 Toner Cartridges?
- Open the toner access cover.
- Carefully pull and remove the used toner out from the printer.

- To know what type of toner cartridge you have or the type your printer needs, you may check the manual that came with the printer and look for supplies. You may also check the existing cartridge you have. Somewhere in front or on the back should be a label or sticker with the model number. This model number is usually a combination of alphanumeric characters. For example, the Okidata MB770 printer uses the toner that has the model code of Okidata 45460508, 45460509, and 45460510.
- How do I get more life out of my toner cartridge?
- Make sure that the toner is not clogged. To check and clean the toner, grab a damp paper towel and wipe the nozzle of the toner cartridge to remove any clog if there is. The next thing you can do is to remove the toner cartridge from the printer cover it with plastic or anything that can protect it from leaking. Then shake the toner cartridge. One other thing you can do is to adjust the settings of the printer settings to "Print in grayscale," which will help your printer avoid printing in "rich black."
