Review for Replacement HP 414A Toner Cartridges 4-Pack: 1 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, 1 YellowThe problem is you have to remove the old chip, destroying the original cartridge. The different cartridges came with different instructions depending on the color. Quality looks good but it continues to give a message that the toner is low.Was this review helpful?

Cartridge doesn't come with chip to make it workReview for Replacement HP 414X Toner Cartridge - W2020X Black - High YieldPrice was great yet didn't know the cartridges don't come with a chip in them to make them work! Be careful buying this ink, you have to have a used HP cartridget to get a chip that YOU have to install in this companies cartridges and it's NOT easy.Was this review helpful?
