Ricoh SP 220Nw Toner Cartridges FAQ's

Is generic toner as good as OEM?
Yes, generic toner cartridges are designed to meet or even exceed the OEM specifications. This means that you can get the same quality and number of prints as the original Ricoh cartridges without paying as much. Also, using these types of cartridges will never void your printer's warranty. For more information about our toner cartridges, click ink knowledge base and you will be redirected to the right page.
What is the difference between original and compatible toner cartridges?
OEM or Original Equipment Manufactured cartridges are toner cartridges that are made by the same company that manufactured the printer. Compatible toners cartridges, on the other hand, are produced and filled by third-party companies. The parts used are brand new and are not recycled from OEM toner cartridges. The same procedure applies to compatible ink cartridges. Both provide the same quality of printouts, but the compatibles may surpass the OEM and are sold at a much cheaper price.
