How to Install Ricoh Aficio SP 6330N Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the printer's front door by pressing the door release button.
  2. Raise the front side of the toner to release it, then pull the cartridge out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Ricoh SP 6330N toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge into the slot until it stops, then push it down until it is firmly seated in place.
  5. Close the printer's front door.

Ricoh Aficio SP 6330N Toner Cartridges FAQ's

Is it OK to use generic toner cartridges?

This means that you can get the same print quality and the number of prints without paying as much compared to the original Ricoh toner cartridges. Aside from this, using generic toner cartridges will never void the printer's warranty. So you can shop and use our toner cartridges without any worry. What is the difference between original and compatible toner cartridges?
OEM or Original Equipment Manufactured cartridges are toner cartridges that are made by the same company that manufactured the printer. Compatible toners cartridges, on the other hand, are produced and filled by third-party companies. The parts used are brand new and are not recycled from OEM toner cartridges. The same procedure applies to compatible ink cartridges. Both provide the same quality of printouts, but the compatibles may surpass the OEM and are sold at a much lower price.
