I actually took cartridges and shook them to get them to print correctly. The thing I really liked about your cartridges is that the computer immediately began charging after installation. There were not messages about not being able to read them. I don't know what the problem was that I experienced but I was able to complete my printing and I'm going to reorder and give them another try.Was this review helpful?
