While I am absolutely positive the product itself is high quality, and you will always get excellent service from Comp And Save... you will need to be 100% sure these will work in your Epson printer. Never - ever - update the firmware (or drivers?) because Epson will disable your printer from using re-manufactured cartridges. While I have seen on the 'net instructions for rolling back the firmware, you really don't want to go through the hassle and possibly turning your printer into a brick if you mess up. Please, Comp And Save, let customers know the POSSIBLE problem in the description... and let the buyer beware. Thank you!

Haven't used the ink from latest order yet but I have used the ink from my previous order and they worked fine.
